Bibb Lettuce Salad with Red Wine VinaigretteThis is the simplest salad I have ever made -- just lettuce, vinaigrette, and cheese. But it didn't feel like anything was missing! I also used my favorite, super simple, method to make the vinaigrette this time; instead of using a bowl and a whisk, I just throw everything into a jar and shake it up. (The best part about that is the leftover dressing goes right into the fridge, and it just needs another shake before you use it the next time.)
