Every Day is a Good Day

Rodney Scott cooked his first pig at the age of 11. After more than 30 years of experience, he was named Best Chef: Southeast by the James Beard Foundation in 2018. His restaurant, Rodney Scott's BBQ, opened in Charleston, South Carolina in 2017 and now (as of early 2024) has four locations in three states. There, they cook whole hogs over live coals using traditional cooking techniques. This book includes many of the recipes served at his restaurants.
