It's another mac and cheese recipe!

This one is definitely different than any of the recipes I've made before. The winning recipe for the restaurant turned out to be one they tested with an unusual ingredient -- cream of chicken soup. (I am pretty sure that if you don't like cream of chicken or wanted to make it vegetarian, any "cream of" soup you like would work fine.) That takes the place of a roux in your sauce, helping to make it thick and creamy.

Other than that, and using a larger version of elbow pasta that I didn't even know existed before, the recipe is pretty standard. Par-boil the pasta, make the sauce, melt most of the cheese in it, and then bake it with the rest of the cheese on top. Voilà!
