Poole's (Diner) Cookbook Review

Ashley Christensen's Poole's cookbook was the first book we ever cooked from on this channel more than six years ago. (I consistently refer to this as the "Poole's Diner" because that's the name of her restaurant, where most if not all of these recipes originated.) We haven't cooked from it on the channel for a while now, so it's probably past time to post a review.

All-in-all, we love this book. It may not be for everyone, but I'm glad we got it!
