Annie MacDonald’s Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a great basic chicken noodle soup, with a little something extra in the broth.

I realized after I made this that it's a lot like my own cock-a-leekie recipe (which is not authentic, but is delicious! I've made it on the channel here: https://youtu.be/m7JPTFUBZNg if you want to check that out.) This one just adds noodles at the end instead of the barley I use. That makes it quicker to finish, since the barley does take much longer to cook than the noodles. It also means that it doesn't survive quite as well as leftovers, since the noodles can get mushy and absorb more broth over time.

I couldn't find this recipe available online, but soups like this are very forgiving!
