Sweet and Salty Cream Cheese Tart

My daughter has been asking for a cheesecake, and this one seemed right up her alley. Yogurt in it and flaky salt on top? Sign her up!
I thought this came together pretty quickly, and would definitely be a good base for any topping you like. But it's still great with just some flaky sea salt.
I do wish I had baked the Ritz crust a bit longer, though. It got a little soggy, and it would have been even better with a little crunch.
