Okra Fries

I've made a lot of fried okra on this channel, but nothing quite like this one! t starts with the garlic and ginger pastes we made recently (https://youtube.com/shorts/gWp8m3AaLBk) and ends with the "Magic" Masala (https://youtube.com/shorts/aEFmUPwm-gs).

In the middle you coat it in a combination of non-wheat, non-corn flours, so that's very different than our usual. And then you fry it up, pretty much exactly like every other recipe.
