Mattar Paneer

This is a great recipe for paneer that's different than the usual saag paneer we see a lot in Indian restaurants in the United States. Don't get me wrong, I do love saag paneer, but I have yet to make a great one at home. It uses the Onion-Tomato Masala we made last week (https://youtu.be/cR6qjq-qxcM) and not too much else!
The sauce is mild, a lot like butter chicken, but of course with the paneer this is vegetarian (but not vegan.) Best served with rice (https://youtu.be/a87AYMMsG8M) or naan (https://youtu.be/dii2TArTKDE) to soak up all the delicious sauce.
