This is an easy butter cookie that doesn't need to be cut out and baked in batches. What could be bad about that?

I think I made some mistakes here, but it still turned out tasty. Not quite the texture I was expecting, and a little extra brown around the edges, but still perfectly good. Next time I will add some flaky salt to the top before I bake it, and definitely use less water.

There will definitely be a next time.
