Slow-Cooked Okra with Garam Masala and Yogurt

Still trying to use up the bounty of okra from our garden!

I feel like this recipe needed a few tweaks for me. It was delicious, but I wanted it more liquid, like a standard curry, to flavor the rice I served it with. This may have something to do with the super thick greek yogurt I used, but I needed to add some water to get it to be even a little bit saucy. I also had to cook it much longer for the okra to be as tender as I wanted it to be.
