Tamarind Chutney

I couldn't find tamarind chutney locally for a recipe from.a different book, and needed it quickly. Good thing I'd done a big Indian grocery store trip when I first started cooking from this book so I had all of the ingredients on hand to make it myself!
There are plenty of recipes in this book that use it as well, and I can't wait to try them now. It can be used as an ingredient or just as a dipping sauce, as is. You can reduce it less or more, as per your own preference.
