Don't let the fancy name fool you, this is just a honey mustard chicken dish. Very kid-friendly!

I used only chicken thighs for this, but I think it might be even better with chicken breasts. The shape and size of bone-in breasts would keep the skin side mostly out of the sauce in the second half of cooking, and there would be less rendered fat in the sauce. Not that I don't like fat, it's delicious, but too much will just sit on top of the sauce and make it harder to taste.

I couldn't find this one online, but I think the amounts are pretty flexible. You could definitely make this to your own tastes.
