Steak pie is my son's new favorite dish. We recently took a family trip to the UK, and after he ordered a steak pie pasty for breakfast and loved it, he ordered it whenever he possibly could. So when we got home, I turned to the Outlander Kitchen cookbooks to see if there was a recipe for him, and there was!

I was a little skeptical that the beef would be tender enough, and did end up cooking it a bit longer than the recipe said to, but in the end it was perfectly tender. Everyone enjoyed this recipe, but I think next time I would just cook it all in one large dish instead of separating it into smaller portion size ramekins.
